3. Alternatively, Email us at [email protected] with images of the item(s) and packaging to schedule a return pickup.
4. Our logistics partner will collect the package within 3-5 business days at no additional cost.

Refund Procedure

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed as follows:

• Online Payments: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 15 business days.

Please allow an additional 4-5 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchange Policy
